Help companies get global expansion right, and earn when our introductions turn into real engagements.

Who this is for:

This program is designed for consultants, advisors, operators, PE/VC and family office teams, and other professionals who regularly work with companies expanding into new countries. If you spot global expansion, entity setup, payroll, tax, or EOR challenges, you can route those companies through KonduitHUB instead of trying to solve it alone.

​How it works:

Become a referral partner. We’ll walk you through the program and send the KonduitHUB Referral Partner Agreement for e‑signature. Once it’s signed, we’ll activate your referral link or portal access.

​Submit referred companies:

You share basic/brief details about the company and what they’re trying to solve (entity, payroll, EOR, tax compliance, etc.). We take it from there with our anonymous, mutual‑opt‑in matching process.

​We run the matching process

KonduitHUB objectively evaluates the company’s requirements and compares them against our vetted provider network using our scoring model. Matches are determined by fit and documented criteria—not by who referred the company or who pays more.

​You earn when deals close:

If a referred company signs an engagement with a provider through KonduitHUB and the provider pays us a success fee, you receive 15% of the success fee we actually receive for that first engagement. Payments are made after funds are received from the provider, so timing depends on the client contract and invoicing schedule.

What you earn:

KonduitHUB charges providers a success‑based fee on qualifying engagements (typically a percentage of the first‑year contract value / ARR).

​As a referral partner, you receive 15% of KonduitHUB’s success fee on the first qualifying engagement with each referred company.

There is no cap on the number of companies you can refer, as long as they meet our basic fit criteria.

Example: if a referred company signs an engagement that leads to a $20,000 success fee for KonduitHUB, your referral payout would be $3,000 (15%).

​Neutral, provider‑paid model:

KonduitHUB was built to keep selection neutral. Referred companies never pay us for access or matching. Our success fees are paid by providers.

Matching decisions and rankings are driven by each company’s requirements and our scoring methodology, not by referral economics or provider fee levels.

​Referral fees are a share of our success fee; they do not influence which providers we recommend.

This structure lets you introduce companies confidently, knowing they’ll get an unbiased view of the market.

No cost to the referred company.

The entire KonduitHUB matching and introduction process is free for referred companies. They see vetted options, can choose whom to meet, and only proceed if there is mutual interest. Our revenue and your referral fee, comes from providers when an engagement actually closes.
