KonduitHUB (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates as a neutral platform that connects companies with vetted service providers. We are not a service provider ourselves. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data We Collect
Information you provide: name, email, company, expansion goals, optional notes.
Communication content: If you use KonduitHUB to send emails or messages (for example, to share reports or vendor information), we process the content of those communications and related metadata (such as recipient, time sent, and delivery status) to provide the service and maintain an audit trail.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, access times.
Third-party contact information: When you share reports or request introductions through our platform, we collect the email addresses of your intended recipients along with any personal message you include.
Share and download activity: When you download reports as PDF or share them via email, we record the event type, timestamp, and associated email addresses for audit and support purposes.
We do not collect sensitive categories of data.
2. How We Use Your Data
To review your needs and connect you with service providers (only when you consent).
To communicate with you about your submission.
To improve our platform through aggregated, anonymized data.
To send and track emails or messages that you initiate through the platform (for example, sharing reports or introductions with third parties).
To maintain an internal archive of outbound communications sent via KonduitHUB for customer support, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes.
To monitor and improve the quality, reliability, and performance of our matching and reporting features, using aggregated and/or anonymized data wherever possible.
To deliver reports and communications to third parties at your request, and to notify relevant KonduitHUB personnel of sharing activity for quality assurance and follow-up.
We never sell or rent your information.
3. Sharing
We share your details with service providers only when both sides confirm interest.
We do not sell or rent your information. In addition to service providers you choose to engage with, your information may be accessed by our employees, contractors, and professional advisors who need it to operate the platform, provide support, or meet legal and regulatory requirements. Some communications you send via KonduitHUB may be copied or logged internally for these purposes.

We use cookies and analytics to improve performance. You may disable cookies in your browser.
5. Security & Retention
We apply reasonable safeguards to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to operate the platform, facilitate matching, maintain an audit trail of communications, or meet legal obligations. After that, we either delete or irreversibly anonymize it in accordance with our internal retention schedules.
Specifically, share event records, including sender email, recipient email, share type, optional message, and timestamp are retained for up to three years to support customer inquiries, security monitoring, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
6. International Data Transfers
If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where applicable, transfers are made under recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
